Kindles in the Wild – My Alien Obsession – Stasia Black – March 11, 2022




You guys better buckle up, this is going to be a whirlwind ride. Once again, I have let life get in the way and now, I have to do a photo dump to make way for even more Kindles in the Wild. We have been from the frozen north to the southern divide, and I can’t wait to share the fun and fantastic reads I have had along the way.

Right down the road from the museum is the Bicentennial Tower. A favorite fishing spot for the area and the perfect spot for pictures. As you can see, the dance department took advantage in the fall and used it as a backdrop for their annal calendar.

Don’t let my daughter’s picture fool you, it was chilly and rainy/snowy. We were not able to go all the way to the top as the ticket booth wasn’t open, but we did enjoy the views. Look! They even have a fencing area when you can attach your locks of love.

This book was the perfect choice for the location. Most of the views are picturesque water locations, but then there is a side where they are performing construction and is the perfect example of an alien wasteland. You know, like in the book. Not to mention the fact that this book is an unexpected enjoyment of hot characters, hotter scenes and a story I’m sure you will not want to miss.

If you find yourself at the top of the Bicentennial Tower, let me know how it is. Can you see the other shore? Is there a light house in the distance? Inquiring minds want to know! You know, just in case I don’t get a chance to return and see for myself.

So many exciting things happened in this story! I love the characters! They might not have gotten the best starts in life, but they more than deserve their HEA. The author kept the intensity high with each new interaction and revelation, the line between enemy and supporter became blurred and the author left us with the perfect lead in to the next book. This book was absolutely fascinating and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next installment.
