An encounter for chance
Cute and quirky and just the right length for a weekend read. There is so much going on throughout this story. A manipulative granddad, a one in a million meeting with a mate, a crazy old lady, and family popping out of the woodwork are just a few ways the author sent me off into a reading bender. The characters were sweet and adorable, with just the right amount of innocence and jaded caution, and the author kept me on my toes with the hint of danger. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I can’t wait to read the next installment.
