Number 2 on my countdown is another of my absolute favorite authors. I just had to state that in case you couldn’t teel since she rose above the 148 other authors who graced my Kindle app in 2022. I read her books 29 times in 2022, and it would have been more, but her library is not as extensive as other authors. For a brief time, I was worried that we be left hanging because, like so many other authors, life got in her way. But she has rallied and seems to have gotten a new lease on life lately and her creativeness has rebounded. She actually has a new book up for pre-order right now with a release date of August 2023. Yay!!!!!
I love how all of her stories are interconnected with a new feature couple in everyone. Each one has moments of utmost seriousness and slap stick comedy that you just can’t help but laugh out loud about. In her Bewitched & Bewildered series, she has a main character who constantly steals the show, saves the day, and provides the comic relief we so desperately need, before jaunting off to her “bat cave” with a bowl of pudding and her staunch supporters. Then in her Kindred of Arcadia series, she tones it down a little and puts the focus more on the individual couples, or thruples, and the part they play in the greater community. Don’t worry! There are still intense moments separated by peals of laughter that keep the story moving and make you desperate to read the end. No matter which series you start with you won’t want to miss a moment of it.
