Thawing the ice

I love when you stumble upon a book and fall in love with the story and the writing style. This is one of those books! I have not read anything by this author before, and this is not the first book in the series, but I love the way the characters were developed and the depth of character the author managed to obtain. I can see that I am going to have to go back and read the first three books to get the full story, but I don’t think I missed out on anything by starting at the current end. The author kept the story moving with the intensity between her charters, the personal issues that they each had from their pasts, and the new danger on the horizon. I enjoyed every minute of this book and I can’t wait to see what happens in the next installment.
