I believe I have mentioned before that this author is one of my absolute favorites, but it stands to be repeated. If you couldn’t already tell, I am about a month behind in everything. March came in like a lion, terrorized the place, and went back out just as forceful. I can blame part of it on work being so hectic, part of it on spending an unexpected spring break week with my daughter traveling back and forth to university, and part of it on I just had to be lazy for a minute to center myself.
I need structure people! Not this madness that called itself March.
Anywho, during the midst of all this madness, I came back from one of my back-and-forth trips, these are 6-to-7-hour trips one way depending on the route, to find this unassuming black mailer resting against my door. I picked it up, made sure it was at the right house, put it on the table and promptly forgot about it as I returned to the whirl wind that had become my life.
So, color me amazed when I finally got around to putting my house back to rights, hey! No judgement on my housekeeping abilities, I was busy! To find this unopened mailer with a fantastic surprise inside. A new book from one of my favorite authors to add to my bookshelf. I absolutely love this cover, and the story within, and I am so honored that Ms Bliler thought of me enough to send me a package.
If you have not read this book yet, I highly recommend! It has action, danger, and of course, a HEA that will warm your heart and soul.

This book is everything I was hoping for and so much more! As always, the characters are fantastic! I love that we got to see such a strong female character find the joy in softness, and that such a strong dominant alpha learned the hope love can bring. The author brought every bit of her writing prowess to the table when she crafted this story. There are so many layers, and I enjoyed how Stonecrow came into play. The action was high intensity and the dramatic ending left me desperate for more. This book is the perfect weekend read, and I can’t wait to see what happens next!
