Oh my gosh! I read this completely out of order, but I loved every minute of it! I was captivated by the characters and the way they struggled with their feelings. The hot alpha male who thinks he has lost his one chance at happiness, and the sassy human woman who can’t help loving him anyway, sigh. A match made in heaven. To keep the story interesting, there are interfering friends, bad guys, forces of nature, and a surprise reveal that you won’t want to miss. This book can be read as a complete stand-alone, but I can’t wait to go back and read the previous book so I am ready for the next release
