Kindles in the Wild – Falling for the Billionaire Wolf and His Baby – Sasha Summers – August 7, 2021




This Kindles in the Wild was bittersweet for us. We all got together to spend some time before mom’s celebration of life tomorrow. Sometimes you just need that feeling of togetherness and family to get you through. And what better way to celebrate life then with a bushel of crabs. It’s not a Maryland summer if you don’t have at least a bushel of crabs to share with the family. Right!


We kind of ended up eating this in 2 rounds since everyone was arriving at different times. The girls and I took round one outside, which made Felicia eternally jealous since she wanted to be outside but is a little goat in disguise and would eat anything that fell on the floor. But she didn’t have long to worry about missing out because by round 2 the bugs were biting, and we were back inside for self-preservation.


On those odd moments when I had some freedom to just sit, I took this little beauty along with me wfor the ride. This is one of my favorite books and series! I can only hope that the author adds more to it sooner rather than later. What can I say, I am an inpatient person when it comes to my books. Oh well, I am at the mercy of the author and her muse. No matter what I would recommend this book to you for your reading pleasure. You are sure to love the new take on werewolves and the HEA that goes along with it.


If you find yourself in MD during the summer, I would encourage you to pick up a bushel of crabs. Not only are they good eats, but it is a true experience of the local cuisine and culture.

Exactly what he needs

This book is the start of one of my favorite series! I love the new take on werewolves and the different threads to the story. The author showed her versatility in writing when she brought the sweet heat she does so well with the dramatic action of the paranormal. I enjoyed the characters! The dominant, alpha male who rules the corporate world the same way he rules his wolf, and the darling of an assistant just trying to support her siblings come together in a HEA that made me smile and want to start reading all over again. The story was full of action and danger, and just an amazing read, I can’t wait to see what happens with the rest of the pack.
